Shopping on Niqx Accessories is easy! Once you have found the product you want to buy, just follow the steps below:

  • Register an account or Login into your existing account by entering your Email and password
  • Enter your shipping/billing information, ensuring your address is complete and accurate
  • Choose your preferred payment option
  • Click on ‘Confirm order’ to complete your order

Once your order is placed, we will automatically confirm it by notifying you via Email. Please note that this confirmation is a mandatory step before we ship your order. How do I know you’ve received my order?

Once you’ve placed your order, you will be directed to an order confirmation message which will contain your order number. This information will also be emailed to you; this can take up to 30 minutes to arrive in your inbox- so hold tight! Once our team at the warehouse have processed your order, you will receive a second email to let you know that your order is on its way to you.

I just placed an order, when will it be shipped?

We try our best to ship items as fast as we can.

Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check, and packaging. All orders are dispatched within 24 hours after the order is placed. Processing order and arranging the shipping will take an additional 24 – 72 hours.

Please allow 4-7 days production time for your custom order to ship out, average shipping times are 7-15 days.

Can I place an order from other parts of Nigeria or the world?

Yes, but that depends.

We have local/international logistics partners that can ship your orders to you in any part of Nigeria. However, for international shipping, we only cater for South Africa, the UK, and the USA at the moment. Other considerations might be given to other locations depending on the inquiry.

International orders usually take about 10 – 20 business days to be delivered, due to customs clearance and other checks. For international shipping, DHL and the local port “EMS” will be used and therefore, in some cases, there may not be tracking information available.

I am not in love with my order, can it be returned? What if there is an issue?

We offer a 100% money-back guarantee if the product is defective or damaged. We give you 30 days to send it back to us for a full refund. You must ship it back at your own expense, once we have received the product we will refund the full amount of your original purchase. Please include a name and the order number on the returned parcels.
NB: If your package is on the way, you must wait for it to arrive and return it before receiving a refund.

Can I cancel my order?

You are able to cancel your order with no penalty! You must cancel your order before shipping commences. If the item is already sent, please use our easy return system to get a full refund.

I have entered an incorrect address what do I do now?

If you have miss spelt or auto-filled in an incorrect address, simply reply to your order confirmation email and confirm. Once you double-check if the address given is wrong, kindly notify us via email; If the given address is wrong we can change the address to the correct one within 24 hours. No refund will be given after the 24 hours of incorrect submission.
